Olivia Kaplan’s journey to real estate is one built on people, purpose, and passion. Her professional story began with Marriott International, where she developed a strong foundation in service and leadership. That experience opened the door to an international teaching role in Europe — allowing her to combine her love of people and travel. But something was still missing.
When Real Property Management came into her life, everything clicked. Real estate became the perfect way to merge her passions for people, service, and business into one fulfilling career. Today, as the owner and principal broker associate of Kaplan Pro Realty, Olivia leads with that same spirit — helping property owners, investors, and clients throughout Southwest Florida achieve their goals with confidence.
Her enthusiasm for real estate started long before her professional career — from childhood weekends collecting rent payments with her dad to minoring in real estate during college. That lifelong exposure gives Olivia a rare understanding of both the professional and personal sides of property ownership. As an investor and landlord herself, she brings empathy, insight, and hands-on experience to every client relationship.
When she’s not connecting with clients or touring properties, Olivia enjoys relaxing with her Doberman, Phoebe, exploring local beaches, or catching a good Netflix series. Her curiosity about the market never stops, and her dedication to continuous learning keeps her clients ahead of the curve.
